Your information

Privacy Policy

This notice explains information used by the VisionWills website and its account and learning features.

Last updated:

Information you provide

Depending on the feature you use, we process your email address, mobile number, account credentials, enrollment or placement details, product and payment references, account-verification status and support requests. Physical product orders also collect a shipping address. If you choose a profile photo, the uploaded image is processed for your account profile.

The account system stores records of products, account activity, team relationships, balances, transfers and payment requests where those features apply. Information shown to other members depends on the relevant team or account feature; do not submit another person's information without authority.

For transaction reconciliation, internal records can link an order or consumed Product PIN to the enrolled account, credited beneficiaries, credited amounts, relevant counter changes and staff review decisions. The detailed commission journal is restricted to authenticated administrators and is not displayed on public pages.

Orders and delivery details

Product-request records include the selected product, quantity, order purpose, payment reference, amount, applicable discount, request status and, when delivery is needed, shipping address. These details are used to handle the order, review its payment reference and answer delivery-related questions.

Pakistan Post receives the contact and shipping details needed to arrange physical delivery. Order-linked cases retain messages, return/assessment records, delivery updates and refund references for fulfilment, support and transaction reconciliation. Do not add unrelated sensitive information to an address or payment-reference field.

Learning information

Public guides can be read without signing in. When you use a signed-in quiz, we store the lesson and content version, start and submission times, submitted answers, scores, number of attempts and completion status. These records let you resume learning and review your results.

Public learning pages do not display your answers, score, completion history or account details. Watching an optional video does not create a paid-view claim.

Security and technical information

The website uses session identifiers, request times, IP-address information, browser/user-agent information and security or audit records to operate accounts, verify requests and limit abuse. Hosting systems may also record technical access and error logs.

Account credentials and one-time codes are used for authentication and security checks. Do not share them with other people or send them in support messages.

Cookies and browser storage

Account features use a session cookie to maintain sign-in and protect forms. Browser session storage is also used for interface state such as whether an account greeting has already been shown in the current tab. The current installation service worker requests pages from the network rather than caching account data for offline use. Blocking or clearing site storage can sign you out or change how those features work.

The public pages in this section do not start an account session or load advertising or analytics tags. Reading a public guide does not require accepting an optional video player. Browser settings can be used to clear cookies and site storage; this does not erase records already stored on the server.

Service providers and external links

Hosting and infrastructure providers process information needed to deliver the website. The configured SMS delivery service processes the destination phone number and the message when the website sends an OTP or transactional SMS. Depending on its purpose, the message may include an account identifier or transfer details such as an amount and recipient identifier. Payment services process transactions under their own terms when you use them.

Opening a WhatsApp link shares information you choose to send with that service and the support recipient. No message is sent just by reading the contact page. Public YouTube resources are ordinary links, so the video service is not loaded on the public guide page.

In signed-in Learning Tasks, a YouTube player is loaded only after you choose Load YouTube video. That connects your browser to YouTube and can disclose technical information such as your IP address and browser details. The privacy-enhanced player is not a promise of zero data collection. Google and YouTube govern their own processing.

Advertising

The current learning module does not serve Google ads or issue cash for ad views, clicks, likes or subscriptions. This notice does not mean that Google advertising has already been enabled.

If Google advertising is introduced, this notice and the applicable privacy choices will be updated before activation. Ad providers, including Google, may then place or read cookies and use web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to deliver and measure ads, prevent abuse and, where permitted and chosen, personalize advertising. Applicable consent choices must be respected.

Why information is used and retained

Information is used to provide the feature you request, administer accounts and transactions, save learning progress, answer support requests and protect the service. Access should be limited to the people and service providers who need it for those purposes.

Account, transaction, security, support and learning records are kept while needed for those purposes and relevant record-keeping or dispute requirements. This notice does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. A request to delete information may need to be considered alongside outstanding transactions, security concerns or other retention requirements.

Your questions and requests

Contact support to ask about information associated with your account, request a correction, or request deletion or account closure. Explain what you want reviewed without sending a password or OTP. Verification may be needed before account information can be disclosed or changed.

The response and available action depend on the request, applicable requirements and information that needs to be retained. There is no self-service account-deletion button in the current learning section. This policy is updated when the website's relevant practices change; the date above identifies this version.
