Choose the right route

Use WhatsApp for general website questions, learning issues, account-access help and privacy requests. Members with an eligible declined PIN or missing-withdrawal complaint can use the existing signed-in Support page to attach the relevant reference.

If you already have a support ticket, include its reference in your follow-up. Avoid starting several requests for the same issue.

SMS for account recovery only

For account recovery, send RECOVERY by SMS from your registered mobile number to 03121133786. The Recovery page also provides SMS and WhatsApp links.

SMS is not used for other support queries. Use WhatsApp or email info@visionwills.com for other questions. Never send your password or OTP in an SMS or support message.

What to include

• The page or feature you were using, and a short description of the problem.
• The approximate time of the issue and any non-sensitive reference number.
• For access, correction or deletion requests, explain which account information you want reviewed. Support may need to verify that the account is yours.

Keep sensitive information private

Never send your password, OTP, recovery code, payment PIN or full card details in a support chat. Crop screenshots to remove balances, other people's details and information that is not needed for the request.

WhatsApp and YouTube are external services. Opening their links takes you to a service with its own privacy terms. This contact page does not submit a form or send a message automatically.
